Choose Webflow when you want to edit content yourself in a comfortable visual editor and launch quickly. Next.js or Astro — when you need custom logic (dashboard, login, integrations), maximum speed, or don’t want to pay a platform subscription.

• Astro — company sites, blogs, landing pages: minimal JavaScript, great Google results.
• Next.js — apps, client portals, headless stores, anything that needs login and a database.
• AI (Claude) and ready-made libraries speed up the build, so code is no longer much more expensive than no-code — and it stays fully yours.

Yes, it’s a common scenario. I move the content, images and URL structure, and old addresses get 301 redirects so you don’t lose your Google rankings.

I don’t move plugins one-to-one though — Webflow works differently. At the start I check what your current site actually does and tell you straight what you get as standard, what needs an integration and what is better left behind in WordPress.

Your domain and email stay yours — only what they point to changes.

Automation means moving repetitive work from a person to a Make.com scenario: a form lands in a spreadsheet and CRM, an order generates a document, a new lead triggers a notification and a message.

An AI app is your own tool — a dashboard where a model summarises, classifies or generates content from your data. This site has such a client panel, and it’s my best example.

I quote this kind of work only after a conversation: without knowing the scope, any number would be made up.

The full breakdown with the scope of each package is in the pricing section. I give a specific number after a short brief — the consultation costs nothing.

Because “company website” means something different to everyone. The price goes up mainly with:

• Number of unique layouts — ten subpages built from the same sections cost less than three that each look different.
• CMS and filtering — a catalogue, blog or parameter search is separate work.
• Integrations — payments, inventory, CRM, booking systems.
• Content and photos — ready ones shorten the project; missing ones lengthen it more than anything else.
• Animation — simple transitions are included, a custom motion layer is not.

The lower end of a range is a specific, well-defined scope — not a version “stripped of quality”.

I work on a Polish contract for specific work or a service contract. If your accounting prefers an invoice, we settle through the Useme platform — you get a regular VAT invoice and the platform handles the formalities.

Payment is normally split into two parts: a deposit to start and the rest on acceptance. Larger projects add an interim payment after the mockups are approved.

I’m paid by regular bank transfer — the account number and reference are next to the document in the client panel. I don’t run payment gateways or card payments.

You get a schedule with milestones before we start. I keep deadlines — with one caveat worth knowing up front: the project waits for content and decisions. A week of silence on the client side is a week of delay, and that is by far the most common cause of slippage. Photos and copy prepared in parallel with the design are the best investment in the deadline.

1. Consultation — a free talk about goals, scope and budget.
2. Brief and quote — a short form; the offer comes back in 24–48 h.
3. Mockups in Figma — a design to approve before any code.
4. Build — in Webflow or Shopify, tested on phones and desktop.
5. Handover — CMS training, documentation, warranty starts.

Progress, files and invoices are always up to date in the client panel — no digging through emails.

That’s why mockups come before the build — at that stage a change takes hours, not a rebuild of a finished site.

Two rounds of mockup revisions are included. If after the first round it’s clear the direction is off, I prepare an alternative proposal instead of polishing something you don’t believe in.

I start writing code only after you approve the design. It’s the one moment when the process stops and waits for your “yes”.

Yes — remotely, across Poland and abroad. Radom is an address, not a limit.

We talk however suits you: email, Slack or Google Meet, in English or Polish. Decisions and files land in the client panel, so nothing gets lost in a chat thread.

• A working site or store on your own account — the project is yours, not mine.
• Full CMS access, so you change content without a developer.
• A guide — a video recording or a PDF, your choice.
• On-page SEO: meta tags, heading hierarchy, alt texts, sitemap.
• Responsiveness checked on phone, tablet and desktop.
• Figma source files, if the project included a mockup stage.
